If you have received a refusal, a procedural fairness letter, a removal order, or have been waiting unreasonably long for an IRCC decision, contact us within the applicable deadline. The Federal Court judicial review window is 15 days for in-Canada decisions and 60 days for overseas decisions; IAD appeals must be filed within 30 days.
