Our Toronto office at First Canadian Place is a secured executive workspace where the building requires reception escort for all visitors. Booking ensures we have the time set aside to prepare your documents properly and you don’t wait at reception. Online booking takes 60 seconds.

Is the Toronto notary office close to the U.S. Consulate?

Yes — the U.S. Consulate at 360 University Avenue is approximately a 10-minute walk or one subway stop north on TTC Line 1 from our office at 100 King Street West. Many of our Toronto clients book a notary appointment before their consulate interview to prepare affidavits and supporting documents.

Can you notarize Chinese bank documents in Toronto?

Yes — foreign bank document notarization is one of our most common Toronto services. We notarize statements, proof-of-funds letters, and supporting documents for ICBC, Bank of China, China Construction Bank, China Merchants Bank, and other Chinese financial institutions. Fee: $79 + HST per document.

Where is parking near the Toronto notary office?

First Canadian Place has paid underground parking accessible via Adelaide Street West. Public parking is also available at 200 Bay Street, BCE Place, and several Green P lots within a 5-minute walk. Subway via King Station is generally faster than driving downtown.

Do you handle Hague Apostille for documents from Toronto?

Yes — we handle the full Hague Apostille workflow for Ontario-issued documents through Toronto’s Official Document Services (ODS) and federal documents through Global Affairs Canada. Typical turnaround is 7–10 business days after the initial notarization. Government fees ($32 ODS or $16 GAC) are additional to our $120 + HST service fee.
