Eligibility

• Master degree from eligible Ontario university (1+ year full-time)
• Completed within last 2 years
• Lived in Ontario 12+ months during study
• CLB 7+ all 4 skills
• Settlement funds CAD 14,690 single +CAD 3,659/dependent
• Intention to live in Ontario
• NO job offer required

Eligible Universities

• U of Toronto, McMaster, Western, Waterloo, Queen
• York, TMU, Carleton, Ottawa, Wilfrid Laurier
• Other public Ontario universities

Process

1. Create Expression of Interest (EOI)
2. OINP scores on language, education, work experience
3. If selected, ITA
4. Submit application within 45 days
5. OINP nominates ~3-6 months
6. 600 CRS boost = guaranteed Express Entry ITA
7. Federal PR 6 months
