On October 25, 2025, I had the privilege of attending the Kingston Women Entrepreneur Expo, an inspiring event that brought together local women leaders, innovators, and business owners shaping Kingston’s economic and social landscape.
The Expo was a true celebration of courage, collaboration, and community — highlighting the power of women-led businesses and the importance of mentorship and support. As an immigrant, entrepreneur, and lawyer serving newcomers and small business owners, I was deeply moved by the stories of resilience and purpose shared throughout the day.
